Database Development and Training

With sales representatives across the UK and Europe, our client needed a database solution that would enable members of the sales team to record, monitor and track their business activities in such a way that the information was available to sales managers, as well as to marketing and sales support teams. 

An important requirement of this project was that in-house staff should be able to extend and refine the database in response to growing or changing requirements.  We therefore combined development with training and worked side by side with staff to ensure that they retained full ownership of the application.

The database is proving to be an increasingly valuable resource to the business and continues to evolve to meet the needs of a growing number of users.
