Dictionary Editing Software
Our client developed a bespoke software package for editing their world class dictionary. As a part of managing the change to their business and IT processes, they were keen to ensure that their staff received professional training in the use of the software.
Working in close consultation with the project team, GreenMarch gained an understanding of existing systems and practices and then designed and delivered the training to the whole staff team. This included some training in Windows 2000 and combined classroom training sessions with independent learning materials and seminar presentations.
The move to the new system has proved exceptionally smooth and we continue to receive compliments on the valuable contribution that the training made to this process.
