Publishing System Review
Our client commissioned a review of their current publishing system. The purpose of the review was to assess whether there were better and more effective ways of collecting and presenting information to enable their business to make better informed publishing decisions; review the processes for scheduling publishing programs; review the flow of information to the various systems and simplify data handling as much as possible.
The review involved meeting with over 35 people in the business. GreenMarch discussed with the individuals how they currently use their system, why they use it in that way and what enhancements and changes would benefit their role individually.
GreenMarch then wrote a detailed report presenting their findings, identifying functional, training and operational gaps. The report also included possible solutions and estimated costs.
The report was very well received by the Board and provided the information they required to make the decision to move forward and invest in a new publishing system.
