Template Builder Project
Our client had a requirement to be able to automatically produce a set of personalised Microsoft Office templates. They needed to be able to deploy in a 100+ offices the same set of 70 templates, which could then be automatically customised with individual name, address, telephone and email details.
GreenMarch built a turn-key ‘Template Builder’ system in Microsoft Visual Basic that prompts for the individual customised details and then automatically produces the set of 70 templates with those details. Should the details need to be reviewed at any time the ‘Template Builder’ can simply be re-run and the details updated.
This system has proved to be a robust and slick solution in the management of the organisation’s Microsoft Office Templates.
