Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 are Hits

With a growing number of companies moving to Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010, both are proving to be hits.

The move from Office 2003 to 2010 initially seems challenging, especially as on first impression, it looks like everything is different. Taking this apart, however, and providing some judicious training has got users up and running with the new version in very little time.

Having developed and delivered a substantial amount of upgrade training for both Windows 7 and Office 2010, the feedback is interesting. Those less comfortable with PCs quite often talk about both Windows 7 and Office 2010 as being more intuitive. Those with greater confidence or experience do inevitably talk with some grim humour about the irritation of finding where things are now, but at the same time many also express pleasant surprise that it all works well!

Clients who have upgraded have all reported a really positive response to the upgrade, far beyond their expectations. As one client said, "It is not just a change, it really is an improvement".
