BACKGROUND
Anna had been involved in a variety of Customer Service roles for Kraft Foods before becoming involved in training. Initially Anna was involved in soft skills training within Customer Services before moving on to delivering computer training. With this broad experience Anna is an excellent communicator, and able to deliver training at all levels within a company.
Anna is happily married to David, and has two primary school age children. Anna is a keen horse rider and enjoys competing at her local riding school. She enjoys the great outdoors and regularly runs and cycles.
