We evaluate all our training as a matter of course. Our key trainers can devise a tailored evaluation approach to meet your exact needs.
The post course evaluation that we offer gives you the information to make direct comparisons on the feedback from all your training activities and you can use this data to make informed decisions about future training provision.
On completion of any training session or programme we ask every delegate to complete a post course evaluation form. The evaluation is easy to fill in and a standard form is used, allowing valuable comparisons to be made across all training activities.
This technique also allows you to measure the qualitative and quantitative results of your training.
