Managed Training Service
GreenMarch Services offers
a fully managed training provision service, for running your in-house
IT training function.
This service includes all the co-ordination and administration connected with your IT training courses: performing training needs analysis, scheduling training courses, marketing the training courses, handling course enquiries, course bookings, joining instructions, course reporting, and regular review meetings including statistic reporting.
The service can be tailored to your requirements and can include all or some of the services described below, if you can think of an additional service you would like to be included in the managed service, please let us know.

Scheduling of Training Courses
We create and maintain a schedule of regularly run training courses, which match the needs of your organisation. This schedule will be regularly reviewed to ensure that it continues to best meet the current requirements of your user base.
Marketing and Publicity of Training Courses
We advertise your schedule of training courses internally, using posters, bulletin board notices, emails, and intranet/internet web pages. This ensures that your user base is kept up-to-date, with which courses are running when, and where to go to view the schedule of course dates.
Booking of Training Rooms
We liaise with your own internal staff to booking the training room or venue, car parking and any refreshments that are needed for the course.
Delegate Contact
We handle all telephone and email enquiries from your user base about courses, their suitability for particular attendees. If it is necessary for any internal reason to reschedule or cancel a course we would also manage all the administration for this.
Process Delegate Course Bookings
We process all course bookings; normally this is via a web page form, which is completed by the attending delegate, their manager, or an appointed representative.
Delegate Joining Instructions
We issue course joining instructions by email, including course content outlines, venue and time details.
Intranet or Internet Web Pages
We create and maintain web pages; these pages include the training course schedule of dates, course content outlines, booking information, booking form and other details as appropriate
Weekly or Monthly Course Reporting
We collate and report on the attendee course assessment forms, including a trainer’s report on either a weekly or monthly basis.
Maintaining Training Records
We will supply you with the information in a format of your choice to enable easy maintenance of your central training records.
Unlimited Email Post-Course Support
All course attendees will be eligible for unlimited post course support on the applications that have attended training in.
Quarterly Review Meetings
Regular quarterly review meetings are held that include GreenMarch submitting full statistical reporting on course attendance and feedback.
